This R&D project was developed internally to explore new creative directions, visual languages, and production methods through a complete premium waterfront residential concept.
The elegance of the project is expressed through clean proportions, soft natural light, refined materials, and carefully composed spaces that feel both luxurious and effortless.
The interiors combine soft curves, refined materials, and abundant natural light to create calm, sophisticated spaces with a strong connection to Miami’s waterfront setting.
The purity of the materials gives the interiors a calm and timeless character, allowing texture, light, and craftsmanship to define the sense of luxury.
