How much do CGI visualizations cost?

Every project is priced individually because the scope can vary significantly. The final quote depends on the type of content required, the level of detail, the quality of the available design information, the number of deliverables, the revision process, and the production schedule.

How many CGI renders will I need?

The right number of visuals depends on the scale of the project, the spaces that need to be presented, and how the content will be used. We usually begin by identifying the key images needed to communicate the architecture clearly, then build the wider content package around that foundation.

Our optimized workflow allows strong core visuals to be expanded into additional viewpoints, close-ups, animations, social media formats, and promotional material without a proportional increase in production time or cost. This creates a broader and more consistent marketing package while keeping the process efficient.

The focus is always on producing the right content—not simply more content—so every image has a clear purpose and contributes to the project’s presentation and positioning.

What is the typical project timeline?

The initial foundation phase, usually covering 5–10 key visualizations, typically takes around 3–5 weeks, including preparation, production, feedback, and revisions.

The following expansion phases depend on the volume and type of content required, but our workflow is designed to develop additional visuals, animations, and promotional materials efficiently from the established foundation. We also remain flexible to accommodate urgent deadlines, changing priorities, and periods of high market demand.

What is the typical project process?

Our workflow is divided into two clear stages: the Foundation Phase, where the core visual material is developed, and the Expansion Phase, where that foundation is adapted into additional content.

Foundation Phase

Project Review — we collect and analyse all available drawings, models, references, materials, and project requirements.
Camera Development — we propose and refine the viewpoints that best communicate the architecture and project experience.
Preview Rounds — two to three feedback rounds are used to develop lighting, materials, landscaping, styling, and atmosphere.
Final Delivery — approved visuals are completed, refined, and prepared in the required formats.

Expansion Phase

Brief and Request — we define the additional content, formats, platforms, and communication goals.
Sketches and Suggestions — we propose creative directions, compositions, variations, and applications based on the established foundation.
Final Production — selected ideas are developed into finished animations, promotional visuals, social media content, presentations, or other project materials.

What information do you need to begin?

The ideal project package includes enough information to understand the architecture, setting, materials, and intended atmosphere clearly.

Architectural drawings and 3D model
Landscape plans, references, or an existing landscape design
Exterior and interior specifications, including materials, furniture, lighting, and equipment
Google Maps location or precise site coordinates
Drone photography, when available

Complete and well-organized information helps us maintain design accuracy and keep production efficient. When some material is missing, we can review the available files and advise on what is still required before starting.

How do payments work?

Our standard payment structure is divided into three stages:

30% deposit to confirm the project and reserve production capacity
30% upon delivery of the final content
40% payable no later than 30 days after project sign-off

This staged approach helps maintain stable production throughout the project, secure the required team and resources, and keep the workflow consistent from initial development through to final delivery.

What tools do you use for project communication and management?

We adapt to the communication channels our clients already use, including email, messaging platforms, and video calls.

For project management, we use Miro boards to keep files, references, feedback, progress, and decisions organized in one central place. This provides a clear, real-time overview of the project and supports efficient online reviews and presentations.

We are also always available for quick video calls whenever a faster discussion or immediate clarification is needed.
