BAY360 is a waterfront community destination designed around everyday life in JLT. Set along the lake, it brings together essential amenities, dining, retail, and outdoor spaces within a lively, walkable environment, creating a new central hub for the neighborhood.

Developed for Sweid & Sweid, this visual series presents Bay360 as a vibrant urban destination, combining contemporary architecture, active public spaces, lush landscaping, and a strong connection to the waterfront.
Strong design allows the two low-rise buildings to hold their own among Dubai’s towers, creating a distinctive human-scale destination while complementing the surrounding skyline.
Designed as a vibrant destination for both residents and visitors, Bay360 brings together dining, leisure, landscape, and waterfront life in one welcoming urban setting.
The architecture establishes a strong identity through pronounced horizontal lines and bold contrasts, giving the low-rise volumes a confident presence within the surrounding skyline.
