ALP Ally Logistics
ALP Logistics Republic Yangmei is a large-scale, multi-level logistics centre in Taoyuan, Taiwan. Its vertically stacked warehouse volumes, long truck ramps, and central loading areas create an efficient operational structure, while the inclined concrete-and-metal façades give the complex a dynamic and recognizable industrial identity.

Our goal was to present the facility as more than functional infrastructure—showing a new generation of logistics architecture defined by efficiency, movement, and strong visual character. The imagery communicates the scale and operational logic of the complex while showing how its bold geometry relates to the surrounding landscape.
Industrial scale within nature - The lake, vegetation, and open sky soften the immense building volumes, creating a balanced relationship between heavy industrial architecture and its natural surroundings.
A façade shaped by movement - Inclined surfaces, diagonal lines, and contrasting dark and light panels establish a strong visual rhythm that gives the static complex a sense of speed and constant activity.
